I'm an independent freight agent running a cradle-to-grave desk. I teach the decisions behind winning customers, serving them well and building a book that makes financial sense.
I'm based in Portland, Oregon, and I move freight for shippers nationwide: quoting, carrier selection, tracking, exceptions, PODs and billing. The coaching comes from that work, not from a slide deck.
The experience behind the coaching
I have almost 7 years in freight, after 23 years in legal affairs. At RXO, I was a top-20 broker in the small-to-mid-size market for several consecutive quarters, moving 175+ loads per month across all mode types.
Legal affairs taught me to read the terms, check the paperwork and ask who is responsible. Freight puts those questions to the test on every load.

Most brokers and agents learn this job alone, on live freight, where mistakes cost money and customers. The Supported Broker gives them a place to bring real situations and work through them with someone doing the same job.
I'm not worried about helping other brokers get better. There's plenty of freight. Let's go get it.
